Funding Opportunities
Numerous funding opportunities exist at the Federal and State level, through private Foundations or corporate entities, and within UCI and the University of California system. You can conduct your own search by following the links provided below to be taken directly to that organization’s website.
If you wish to have a custom funding search performed tailored to your particular research interests, you can contact Beth Riley, Research Development Editor at the UCI Office of Research, at briley@uci.edu.
To facilitate the search, please provide a brief (one-paragraph) description of your project in laymen's terms. Because these databases perform searches based on both keywords and various restrictions (such as graduate student or non-U.S. citizen), your results will be most satisfactory if you provide a list of keywords relevant to your research (e.g., neutrino physics, embryology, philosophy) along with your career status (e.g., assistant professor, postdoc). (Career status is necessary because it is one of the terms by which funding agencies specify their applicant pools.)
